Sales Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our client portfolio in the advertising space. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the pitch process. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients across industries for advertising and branding services.
  
  

• Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events.
  
  

• Set up and attend meetings to understand client needs and present agency capabilities.
  
  

• Support the preparation of pitch presentations, proposals, and creative briefs.
  
  

• Follow up consistently to move leads through the sales funnel and close deals.
  
  

• Maintain and update CRM with lead and client interactions.
  
  

• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, digital) for smooth pitch execution.
  
  

• Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets.
  
  

   Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in business development or client acquisition, ideally in advertising, media, or digital marketing.
  
  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

• Confidence in cold calling and presenting to prospects.
  
  

• Passion for marketing, creativity, and understanding of advertising industry trends.
  
  

• Well-organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  
  

• Basic proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office.
  
  

       Good to Have:

• Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and ATL/BTL campaigns.
  
  

• Existing network of marketing professionals and brand contacts.
  
  

• Familiarity with agency processes and timelines.
