Job Description

Position: Sales Executive
Location: Chennai
Experience: 1+ Years
Salary: ₹2.4 – 3 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Interview Mode: Walk-in

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and attend to walk-in clients.
Identify prospective clients and provide proposals for conversions.
Update client details in CRM and maintain accurate MIS reports on calls, sales conversions, and milestones.
Assist clients with enhancements during their agreement period and coordinate with relevant teams.
Record feedback from exiting clients and promote Google reviews.
Prepare floor occupancy reports and share ideas to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Understand market demand and provide insights to management for future growth.
