Job Description

Position: Sales Executive
Location: Chennai
Experience: 1+ Years
Salary: ₹2.4 – 3 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Interview Mode: Walk-in

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and attend to walk-in clients.

  • Identify prospective clients and provide proposals for conversions.

  • Update client details in CRM and maintain accurate MIS reports on calls, sales conversions, and milestones.

  • Assist clients with enhancements during their agreement period and coordinate with relevant teams.

  • Record feedback from exiting clients and promote Google reviews.

  • Prepare floor occupancy reports and share ideas to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Understand market demand and provide insights to management for future growth.
