Job Description

Job Title: B2B Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to acquire and manage business clients, drive revenue growth, and build long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, negotiations, and closing sales with corporate customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits

  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable products/services

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals effectively

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, support) for smooth execution

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 1–5+ years of experience in B2B sales (IT, machinery, services, or solutions preferred)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to handle corporate clients and decision-makers

  • Target-driven mindset with problem-solving ability

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in corporate, enterprise, or government sales

  • Knowledge of the relevant industry and sales cycle

  • Ability to work independently and in a team
