Job Title: Academic Counsellor (Sales)

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counsellors to guide students and parents while driving sales of our educational products.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding ToppersNotes books and educational products.
Understand students' academic requirements and recommend suitable books and study materials.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate sales.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits effectively.
Convert inquiries into successful sales while maintaining a high conversion ratio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi. Basic English communication is an added advantage.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Experience in Telecalling, Academic Counselling, Customer Support, or Sales will be preferred.
