Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our team at Shayam Printing. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, converting them into business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to generate leads.

• Explain products and services to potential customers.

• Convert leads into sales and meet monthly targets.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

• Ability to work in a target-based environment.

• Prior experience in tele sales/tele marketing will be an advantage (freshers can also apply).

Salary: As per industry standards + incentives based on performance.
