A fast-growing brand in Ayurveda, Healthcare, Nutraceutical, and Personal Care products, is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executives. The ideal candidates should be confident, target-driven, and passionate about sales, with proven experience in telesales or inside sales processes. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls to promote Ayurvedic and health products to customers across India. Regional language proficiency will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for Ayurvedic, Healthcare, Nutraceutical, and Personal Care products.
• Convert inquiries into sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Explain product benefits, offers, and usage details clearly to customers.
• Maintain a positive relationship with customers for repeat sales and referrals.
• Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS to close deals effectively.
• Update CRM systems with accurate customer and order information.
• Collaborate with the team to meet overall sales goals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle objections professionally.
• Participate in regular sales training and performance review sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 1–4 years of telesales or inside sales experience (Ayurveda, Healthcare, or Nutraceutical industry preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi or English (regional languages like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, or Bengali are an added plus).
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment with high energy and discipline.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, sales scripts, and call handling etiquette.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn product details.
