Key Responsibilities:

Generate reports and summaries to aid internal decision-making processes.

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Handle inbound and outbound calls for Ayurvedic, Healthcare, Nutraceutical, and Personal Care products. • Convert inquiries into sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. • Explain product benefits, offers, and usage details clearly to customers. • Maintain a positive relationship with customers for repeat sales and referrals. • Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS to close deals effectively. • Update CRM systems with accurate customer and order information. • Collaborate with the team to meet overall sales goals. • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle objections professionally. • Participate in regular sales training and performance review sessions
