We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about financial markets and interested in promoting cutting-edge algo trading software solutions to retail traders, investors, and financial professionals.
Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, online research, networking, and referrals
Pitch our algo trading software solutions to potential clients (retail traders, brokers, sub-brokers, HNIs, etc.)
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and value proposition effectively via calls, meetings, or demos
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, market trends, and competitor offerings
Follow up with leads and convert them into active clients
Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions using CRM tools
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Finance, Business, or related field; not mandatory)
0 to 6 months of experience in sales, telecalling, or business development
Basic understanding of stock markets, trading platforms, or algo trading is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner
Proficiency in using MS Office, email, and CRM tools
