We are seeking dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives to join our team for our Shaadi/Vivah Matrimony services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining our services, and converting leads into paid memberships.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls and explain matrimony plans to prospective clients

Convert inquiries into paid memberships through effective follow-up

Maintain regular contact with registered members and offer personalized support

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Build a strong relationship with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

Update CRM system with client interactions and follow-ups

Coordinate with the matchmaking or support team for service delivery
