About the Roles

Sevenstar Websolution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales Executive – Hospitality to drive revenue growth across our resort portfolio. We are seeking a performance-driven and customer-focused professional with experience in hospitality, travel, corporate sales, wedding events, or MICE.

The ideal candidate should have strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to generate new leads through cold calling, corporate visits, networking, referrals, and relationship management, while consistently achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Leads conversion

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Generate business for room bookings, banquets, weddings, corporate events.

Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed bookings.

Generate new business through cold calling, follow-ups, corporate visits, and direct client outreach.

Identify and close high-value wedding, corporate, and event opportunities.

Upsell premium packages and value-added services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel partners, and other business sources.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain accurate sales reports, lead trackers, and client databases.

Monitor booking patterns, sales performance, and occupancy trends.

Coordinate with the Operations and Reservations teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings and events.

Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipelines, and achievements.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1-4 years of relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, travel, or sales.

Freshers with strong communication, confidence, and a passion for sales may also be considered.

Strong cold-calling and offline sales experience preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and convincing skills.

Strong business development and closing abilities.

Target-oriented and results-driven approach.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
