A Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, presenting products/services, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Identify potential clients through field visits, cold calling, referrals, or online sources.
Maintain a pipeline of active leads.
Visit customers to explain company products/services.
Give demonstrations or presentations if required.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Negotiate pricing and terms.
Convert leads into successful sales.
Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Provide after-sales support and resolve issues.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain updated records of leads, meetings, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Share market insights and customer feedback with management.
Coordinate with telecalling, marketing, and operations teams.
Communicate customer requirements clearly to the concerned departments.
Understand competitors, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
Suggest improvements in services/products based on market needs.

Minimum Graduate preferred
Experience in sales (field sales or in-house) is preferred

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 + incentives (varies by experience and company)
