Key Responsibilities:
1. Make daily calls to potential and existing customers as per assigned leads.
2. Explain company products, offers, and benefits clearly.
3. Follow up with interested customers and close sales deals.
4. Maintain daily call and sales data in Excel or CRM system.
5. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
6. Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
7. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for better performance.
8. Provide feedback from customers to management.
Qualification:
Minimum Graduation (B.Com / BBA / BA / Diploma). Basic computer, WhatsApp, and Excel
knowledge required.
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in Telecalling / Tele Sales / Customer Service.with good
communication skills can also apply.
