The ideal candidate should possess excellent persuasion skills and have the ability to build trust and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, and online inquiries from prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
Follow up with potential customers to close sales opportunities.
Address customer queries and provide timely support.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Prepare sales reports and update management on lead status.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Customer-focused approach.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
