Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic Telecaller with prior experience in the life insurance industry to promote and sell insurance products over the phone. The role involves contacting potential clients, explaining policy features, and helping them choose suitable coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Explain life insurance plans, benefits, and terms.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Follow up with leads and close sales.

• Maintain call records and achieve daily/weekly targets.

Requirements:

• Graduates with good communication skills.

• Prior experience in life insurance telesales is a plus.

• Strong persuasion and customer service skills.
