Job Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing, experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, must maintain a healthy relationship with customers, should be good in closing orders, ready to accept new challenges, must maintain discipline, adhere to company policies, and has a strong track record of exceeding sales in a competitive market.

 Key Responsibilities:

·         Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through networking, calling, and industry research

·         Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

·         Present and promote products/services to clients using solid sales techniques.

·         Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or product recommendations.

·         Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline; forecast and report on sales performance

·         Negotiate and close sales deals with a consultative approach

·         Maintain long-term relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor

Required Qualifications & Skills

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

·         Experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar support role.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

·         Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus.

·         Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

·         Strong problem-solving skills.
