Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing, experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, must maintain a healthy relationship with customers, should be good in closing orders, ready to accept new challenges, must maintain discipline, adhere to company policies, and has a strong track record of exceeding sales in a competitive market.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through networking, calling, and industry research

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Present and promote products/services to clients using solid sales techniques.

  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or product recommendations.

  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline; forecast and report on sales performance

  • Negotiate and close sales deals with a consultative approach

  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

  • Experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar support role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
