We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales person to join our team and drive sales of MRP printing machines, batch coding machines, and packaging solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in this specialized market.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Lead Generation:

Identify and target potential customers in industries like FMCG, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, and manufacturing.

Sales Planning and Execution:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and trials for potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.

Product Knowledge:

Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and solutions to effectively present their features and benefits.

Negotiation and Deal Closure:

Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals.

Post-Sales Support:

Collaborate with technical and customer support teams to ensure smooth installation and after-sales service.

Reporting and Feedback:

Provide regular updates on sales activities, market feedback, and competitor analysis to the management team.
