About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales. Candidates with prior D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) sales experience will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential customers through calls and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Generate and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
Handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively.
Maintain daily call records and update CRM/sales reports.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
Prior telesales/customer support experience is preferred.
D2C sales experience will be an added advantage.
