Telesales Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales. Candidates with prior D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) sales experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers through calls and follow-ups.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

• Generate and convert leads into sales opportunities.

• Maintain customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively.

• Maintain daily call records and update CRM/sales reports.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.

• Prior telesales/customer support experience is preferred.

• D2C sales experience will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
