🔹 Job Role & Responsibilities

Handle sales of residential & commercial properties
Generate and follow up on leads
Conduct site visits and property presentations
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure

🔹 Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong skills can apply)
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Good knowledge of property sales process
Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Strong negotiation and closing skills

🔹 Communication & Skills (Must Have)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident personality with a positive attitude
