The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The role requires strong communication skills, client handling ability, and a results-driven mindset to achieve sales targets while delivering a premium customer experience.
Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, portals, and referrals.
Understand client requirements, budget, and preferences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers.
Provide accurate and transparent property information to clients.
Arrange and conduct property site visits.
Explain project features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and location benefits.
Coordinate with site teams for smooth visit experience.
Follow up with clients post site visits.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and offers with clients.
Convince and guide clients through the decision-making process.
Close deals and ensure booking confirmations.
Work closely with management for approvals and special cases.
Assist clients with documentation such as booking forms, KYC, agreements, and payment schedules.
Coordinate with Accounts and Operations teams for seamless transaction processing.
Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and follow-ups in CRM.
Provide post-sales assistance till possession/registration (if applicable).
Address client queries and concerns professionally.
Maintain long-term client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare daily follow-up reports and MIS.
Track sales funnel and conversion ratios.
Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.
