Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth in the industrial and automation sector. The role involves generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and automation sectors
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified sales opportunities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database
Sales & Client Management
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions
Present company offerings and automation solutions effectively over calls and messages
Share product details, proposals, and quotations via email/WhatsApp
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Follow up consistently with prospects to close deals
Sales Operations & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and opportunities in CRM/ERP systems
Track and update daily sales activities and pipeline status
Submit daily reports to the reporting manager
Target Achievement
Achieve daily call targets and monthly sales targets
Work towards meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Coordination & Market Insight
Coordinate with engineering and technical teams for customized solutions
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs
Collect and share customer feedback to improve offerings
Additional Responsibilities
Support the team with technical discussions and quotations when required
Perform any other tasks assigned by management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
Ability to understand technical/industrial products (training can be provided)
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Good follow-up and negotiation skills
Experience Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales (industrial/automation preferred)
