We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to bring their Stock Market / Mutual Funds expertise to our team at Premium Strategies Marketing Management Private Limited in Noida, Sector 63 Noida. This position involves managing outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current client to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹20000 as a basic salary and incentive on per client that is between 10k-15k in a supportive and dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide information to client of the platform to generate interest.
Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.
Record clients information and conversation, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.
Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a client-first approach.
Meet sales goals, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.
Job Requirements:
The candidate should bring 0 - 0.5 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in any language. Handle client issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A 12th Pass is required, with a commitment to working 5 days working during the Day shift.
