Job Summary

We are hiring Associate Sales Consultants to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by

selling insurance products to interested customers. This role involves understanding customer needs,

offering suitable insurance solutions, and closing sales while delivering an excellent customer

experience.

This is a high-energy, target-driven role with strong earning potential and long-term career growth at

Policybazaar, India’s leading insurance aggregator.

Key Responsibilities

 Work on interested leads provided by the company (No cold calling)

 Make inbound and outbound calls to customers

 Understand customer insurance requirements and recommend suitable products

 Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing

 Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure end-to-end sales closure

 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

 Provide excellent customer experience during and after the sales process

 Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly

Required Skills

 Effective communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with customers

 Comfortable conversing in English, and the regional language of the location

 Strong interest in sales with a positive, result-oriented attitude

 Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

 Persuasive and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach

 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

 Ability to manage conversations efficiently and stay focused on outcomes

 Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM tools

Preferred Candidate Profile

 Minimum qualification: Graduate

 Regional Language Mandatory:

 Chennai – Tamil

 Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

ISMS Responsibilities

 Comply with ISMS policies, procedures, and objectives

 Participate actively in ISMS exercises
