Role: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 1+ years
Notice: Immediate to 15 days

• Generate leads through phone, email, chat, and by implementing social media marketing strategies.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

• Prepare and send quotations, follow up on sales leads, and close deals.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Track purchase orders, ensure timely delivery.

• Connect with vendors to obtain pricing and negotiate effectively to secure the best deals.

• Manage vendor coordination and ensure timely delivery.

• Prepare and manage purchase orders

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet research.
