The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining product features and benefits, collecting and verifying required documents, maintaining regular follow-ups, coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth loan processing, and providing excellent customer service throughout the application process. The Sales Executive is expected to build strong customer relationships, maintain accurate records of interactions, and consistently achieve assigned sales and business targets while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
