Designyze is a fast-growing digital agency specializing in website development, SEO, branding, social media marketing, and performance advertising. We’re looking for a confident and result-driven Telesales Executive to generate leads, pitch services, and convert potential clients via cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to prospects and business owners.

• Present and pitch Designyze’s digital services confidently.

• Identify client needs and recommend suitable digital solutions.

• Schedule appointments or demos for the sales/marketing team.

• Maintain lead records and follow up using CRM or call logs.

• Achieve weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales / telecalling / lead generation.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English or Hindi).

• Confidence in handling objections and closing conversations.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing or IT services is a plus.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
