We are looking for a TeleSales executive ( Hair & Skin Products ) to join our team & drives sales by providing expert product information, understanding customer beauty needs, and offering personalized solutions over the phone. The role requires a blend of sales acumen, product knowledge specific to the cosmetics industry, and strong customer relationship skills .The role involves achiveing day to day targets for both personal and proffessional growth . With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹18000 - ₹26000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize records for easy access and retrieval for sales .

• Communicate with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and improve processes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. 

• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of products and services to clients, answering their questions and addressing concerns.

• Generate reports and summaries to aid internal decision-making processes.

• Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and targets. 

Job Requirements:
