Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify untapped opportunities and tailor product

solutions to evolving customer needs.

• Proactively generate sales leads through targeted cold calling, strategic networking, and

effective social media engagement.

• Secure appointments with potential clients, actively listen to their requirements, and address

their concerns with informed solutions.

• Develop and deliver persuasive presentations that articulate the value proposition of our

products and services.

• Prepare insightful reports and analyses, drawing actionable insights from sales and financial

data.

• Maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure seamless product demonstrations and client

interactions.

• Represent Nextera Production with professionalism and confidence at industry conferences

and exhibitions.

• Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, navigate objections with finesse, and secure

successful deal closures.

• Foster a collaborative environment by sharing knowledge, best practices, and feedback with

team members.

• Act as a trusted liaison between clients and internal teams, gathering valuable feedback to

drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success as a Sales Executive or in a relevant role.

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

• Hands-on experience with CRM software is highly desirable.

• Comprehensive understanding of marketing and negotiation principles.

• A demonstrably fast learning ability and an unwavering passion for sales.

• Self-motivated individual with a results-oriented approach.

• Aptitude for delivering impactful presentations.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and

qualifications.

• Morning shift schedule (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
