​Key Responsibilities

​Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts/packages and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

​Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular feedback/reports via CRM tools.

​Experience: Open to both experienced professionals and Freshers.
​For Freshers: Must demonstrate a strong passion for sales and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
​Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are mandatory; must be able to influence and persuade effectively.
​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
​Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM software.
​Resilience: A "hunter" mindset with the ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
​Mandatory Requirements
​Own Conveyance: Candidate must have their own vehicle (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) and a valid driving license for daily field visits and client meetings.
​Travel: High willingness to travel locally for client site visits and business meetings.
