Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries related to residential and commercial plots.
Conduct virtual presentations and property consultations for interested clients.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain the lead database (CRM).
Coordinate with the site visit team for client appointments and visits.
Explain project details, pricing, offers, and investment benefits to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term association.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
