Job Description

Job Title: Telesales Executive – ISO & Business Compliance

Job Responsibilities:

Generate leads through cold calling and online sources.
Explain and sell ISO certifications and business registration services.
Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow up with prospects and close deals.
Maintain customer records and coordinate with the operations team.

Required Knowledge:

ISO Certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, etc.)
MSME/Udyam Registration
GST Registration
FSSAI License
IEC
Trademark Registration
Startup India
Company Registration (Pvt. Ltd., LLP, OPC)
Other business licenses and compliance certifications.

Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong lead generation and telesales experience.
Ability to close leads and achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM.

Experience: 1+ year in telesales, preferably in ISO certification or business compliance services.
