Telesales Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to generate sales opportunities through outbound calls. The candidate will contact prospective customers from assigned lead databases (cold leads/random data), introduce our products or services, identify customer needs, and convert prospects into qualified leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using assigned lead databases or cold lead lists.

• Introduce the company's products or services and explain their benefits.

• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Generate qualified leads, appointments, or direct sales as per business requirements.

• Handle customer objections professionally and persuade prospects to consider the offering.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM or sales system.

• Follow up with interested prospects to close sales opportunities.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable telemarketing regulations.

• Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).

• 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.

• Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.

• Fluency in English and local language(s) is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time

• Monday to Saturday (or as per company policy)
