Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Agents who can handle property sales, client handling, site visits, and closing deals. The candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and handle walk-in / online enquiries

• Explain property details to clients (farmhouse, plots, villas, flats, etc.)

• Arrange and conduct site visits

• Negotiate prices and close deals

• Maintain client records and follow-ups

• Coordinate with legal & documentation team for registry and paperwork

• Build strong relationships with buyers and investors

• Achieve monthly sales targets
