About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and disciplined Digital Marketing Sales Executive who can take full ownership of incoming leads, follow up religiously, and close deals like a champion. You’ll be working with a fast-paced performance marketing agency that delivers high ROI campaigns for clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to all incoming leads via CRM, WhatsApp, or calls immediately and professionally
Follow up consistently with prospects and leads until a clear outcome is achieved
Maintain CRM data like a nerd – every lead, call, follow-up, and status must be updated without fail
Identify client needs, pitch relevant digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.)
Collaborate with the strategy and media teams to build tailored proposals
Maintain relationships for long-term upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Compensation & Incentives:
Base Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
Incentives:
10% flat commission on every successful sale
5% recurring commission on retained clients or renewals

Google Workspace
Basic knowledge of digital platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) is a bonus
Growth Path:
Proven performers can grow into Account Manager, Sales Head, or Business Development Lead roles within 6–12 months.
