we are looking for responsible person for generating and converting leads into active trading accounts through outbound calls or cold calling

Core Responsibilities

Lead Acquisition: Contacting potential clients from a provided database to pitch Demat and trading account services.
KYC Assistance: Guiding interested customers through the digital onboarding process, including verifying documents like PAN, Aadhaar, and bank proofs.
Product Education: Explaining the benefits of the stock market, equity trading, and specific company products/services.
Target Achievement: Meeting daily or monthly quotas for successful account openings and trading activations.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (HSC), though many firms prefer graduates.
- Communication: Fluency in English and the local language (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu) is often mandatory.
- Financial Knowledge: Basic understanding of the stock market, trading platforms, and financial products like Mutual Funds or SIPs.
- Soft Skills: High resilience to rejection, persuasion abilities, and a target-driven mindset.
