Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels (calls, site visits, referrals, etc.)

• Conduct property presentations and site visits with potential clients

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

• Negotiate and close property sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

• Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business

• Stay updated with current real estate trends, market rates, and competitor activities

• Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Proven sales experience in real estate (residential/commercial)

• Target-oriented with strong closing skills

• Good knowledge of the local property market

• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online property portals
