Responsibilities
Prospecting & Sales:
Identify new business opportunities and actively sell courier and freight forwarding services to potential clients.
Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Negotiation & Contracts:
Negotiate service pricing and contracts to close sales deals efficiently.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Collaboration:
Work with internal departments, such as operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare reports on sales activities, performance, and trends to inform strategies and decision-making.
Networking:
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to grow the client base and promote the company's services.
