Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Female Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, coordinating property visits, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

·         Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

·         Generate and qualify sales leads

·         Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties

·         Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients

·         Follow up with prospective customers and maintain relationships

·         Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and sales activities

·         Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives

·         Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

·         Female candidates only

·         Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, Customer Service, or Real Estate Sales

·         Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·         Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

·         Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities

·         Target-driven and result-oriented approach

·         Graduate preferred; exceptional freshers may also apply
