Responsibilities:
Promote property sales through various advertising media and listing services.
Meet with prospective clients to present real estate opportunities and negotiate deals.
Understand and assess client requirements and preferences to offer suitable property options.
Manage the preparation and approval of essential documents, including purchase agreements and lease contracts.
Coordinate property deal closings, ensuring all necessary documents are signed and payments are received.
Arrange property viewings for potential buyers and address their inquiries effectively.
Act as a liaison between property sellers and prospective buyers, facilitating smooth negotiations and transactions.
Conduct property inspections to verify compliance with sales terms and conditions before finalizing deals.
Provide regular reports to company management, utilizing CRM systems to track sales operations and generated returns.
Conduct market surveys to determine the pricing of competing properties in the housing market.
Offer recommendations to buyers and refer them to property consultants for legal and mortgage services.
Ensure adherence to housing laws and policies during property transactions.
Identify and engage individuals interested in property to secure brokering deals.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to explore future business opportunities.
Enhance job knowledge and expand personal network by participating in seminars, conferences, and events.
Provide daily sales activity reports to team leaders.
Desired candidate profile
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience in real estate sales, property management, or a related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of real estate market trends and property valuation.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Knowledge of housing laws and regulations.
