Sales Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a passion for sales. This role is responsible for driving new business through prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.

• Conduct high-level conversations with decision-makers to understand their needs and position our solutions.

• Effectively handle objections and engage with customers to convert opportunities into closed sales.

• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospects and clients, tailoring your approach to their business needs.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Follow up with leads to maintain engagement, answer questions, and close deals.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and customer service teams to deliver a seamless experience to clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
