Role Overview
Crystal Hygiene is scaling up and expanding its team. We are looking for motivated Sales Executives to manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead conversion to long-term relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Convert leads generated through platforms like IndiaMART.
Sales Lifecycle: Manage the full sales cycle and performance tracking.
Relationship Building: Focus on B2B relationship building and hospital/distributor engagement.
CRM & Targets: Maintain CRM data and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 0–3 years of experience. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Industry Preference: Experience in the Surgical or Healthcare sectors is preferred but optional.
Skills: Strong negotiation, follow-up, and persistence skills.
Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

Fixed Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month.
