· Research and identify potential clients through Calls, Emails, India Mart, and Trade India.
· Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (budget, need, timeline, and decision-maker).
· Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage prospects and present product/service offerings.
· Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
· Schedule and conduct virtual demos or coordinate with field sales teams for on-site demos.
· Customize pitches based on customer needs.
· Negotiate pricing and terms within approved guidelines.
· Manage the entire inside sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
