Sales Executive

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven individuals to join our telesales team for promoting and selling personal loans and credit cards. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan and credit card products

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions

• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and application process clearly

• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress

🧠 Requirements:

• Minimum HSC / Graduate in any stream

• 6 months to 2 years of telesales or customer service experience preferred

• Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English

• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively

• Basic understanding of financial products (loans, credit cards) is a plus

• Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (based on experience)
