Sales Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive with knowledge in the Travel & Tourism sector to join our team at Kinghills Travels in Rajkot, located at Kalavad Road. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. The position offers ₹10000 - ₹15000 along with a dynamic work environment. Also there is No Field work in this profile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce products/services and generate sales.

• Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales.

• Document customer details, reactions, and feedback for future reference.

• Build good connections with customers, listen, and address their questions to maximize engagement.

• Create a tour package as per customer needs and preferences to enhance future sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 6 months - 1 years of experience in customer service or a tele-caller or Sales Executive role and should be proficient in Hindi, Gujarati. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Graduate, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
