Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell water softener systems to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The candidate should have experience in field sales and a basic understanding of water treatment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customers for water softener systems

• Visit apartments, villas, hotels, hospitals, industries & commercial sites

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and site inspections

• Conduct water testing (if required) and explain product benefits

• Recommend suitable models based on LPH requirement and usage

• Prepare quotations and close sales deals

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with installation & service teams

• Maintain client database and follow-up regularly

• Collect payments and ensure proper documentation

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Knowledge of water hardness, TDS, LPH calculation (basic understanding preferred)

• Ability to handle site visits and field work

• Negotiation and closing skills

• Customer relationship management
