Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs and career options

  • Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility, fees, and admission process

  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp

  • Maintain student database and update CRM regularly

  • Assist students in completing admission formalities

  • Coordinate with academic and marketing teams

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets

  • Conduct seminars, webinars, and counselling sessions
