About Us:

We are Katyayani Org Fincare Pvt. Ltd., a growing DSA (Direct Selling Agent) company helping customers across India get the right credit card and loan solutions. We work with top banks and NBFCs to provide financial products like personal loans, business loans, and credit cards.

Job Role:

• Call and pitch loan and credit card offers to potential customers.

• Explain product details clearly and handle basic customer queries.

• Submit leads and follow up until conversion

• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets

Work Details:

• Part-Time | Flexible Hours

• Daily call targets (Data provided)

• Work from Home

• PAN India eligible

Earnings Structure:

• Fixed: ₹5,000/month (Minimum 3 card sales OR ₹2.5 lakh loan disbursement/month)

• Commissions:

• Up to ₹1,500 per credit card (Varies by bank)

• Up to 2% per loan disbursement (Bank-dependent)

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi or English)

• Confident in sales and customer interaction

• Smartphone and internet connection

• Prior experience in telecalling/sales is a plus

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
