Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking energetic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our financial services team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers to promote and sell personal loans and overdraft facilities. You will play a key role in converting leads into customers and helping individuals access financial products that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to individuals to offer personal loan and overdraft solutions.

• Respond to customer inquiries related to loan eligibility, terms, interest rates, and documentation.

• Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards (KYC, data protection, etc.).

• Deliver excellent customer service to build trust and long-term customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or financial product sales.

• Prior experience in selling personal loans and Overdraft.

• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to explain financial products in a simple and convincing manner.
