Roles and Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers through outbound calls to promote products and services.

  • Generate leads, identify customer requirements, and convert prospects into sales.

  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to prospective customers.

  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.

  • Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate customer databases, call logs, and sales records.

  • Prepare daily sales reports and update lead status in CRM software.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.

  • Build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
